Why is it spelled "womxn"?

The term "womxn" is used to be inclusive of all cis and trans womxn, nonbinary folx, and people across the gender spectrum. These ceremonies are a safe and welcoming space for LGBTQIA+ individuals. Inclusive spelling of the word womxn helps ensure everyone feels represented and respected.

Are womxn's ceremonies religious?

No, womxn's ceremonies are not religious. People of all religions and beliefs are welcome, and this space is inclusive, respecting and embracing diverse faiths and worldviews. It is important for everyone in the circles to be respectful of each other's backgrounds and beliefs to maintain a harmonious and supportive environment.

Do I need to share personal details about myself?

No, you are not required to share any personal details about yourself. No one is expected to speak if they don't feel comfortable. These spaces are curated for people to talk about anything, and in sharing your truth, you often find deep connection and relief. However, there is never any pressure to share or speak in the circle.
